Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged during transit. We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@aksharajewel.com with details and photographs of the defect or damage.
Products not eligible for return include:
Customized or personalized jewelry.
Items that show signs of wear or alteration after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Email us at support@aksharajewel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
If the returned product passes our quality inspection, a refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
Shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If a discount code or promotional offer was used during purchase, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
5. Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
